Anexus IT is looking for a Project Manager to work directly with clients. This person will be involved in all phases of the projects life cycle, the candidate must have 2+ years of experience working in similar positions. Some of the tasks of the role include: •Work with the customer in order to identify and coordinate new IT system developments and/or enhancements. •Involved in the development of project scope, documentation and project plans that include an analysis of benefit, cost, work schedule and any related risks. •Review, assign, schedule and monitor project status to ensure that progress is within expected guidelines and is completed on time and within budget. Mentor and provide expertise to other team members. •Work with the customers to identify the roles of team members, project reporting structures and frequency of interaction and any training requirements that may be needed for a team member in order to complete an IT project. •Identify, track, monitor and communicate project-related issues, scope changes, variances and contingencies that may arise during the implementation of IT projects, among others. The person also must have experience in: •Working with tools such JIRA, Basecamp, and Microsoft Project. •Handling communication with clients using e-mail, Skype, Webex or any other tool.
