Ang mga GANID ! I find it ridiculous, if not downright stupid, that their principals did not know anything about their PDAF, or pork barrel funds. They were the ones who did the allocation. It had passed Congress. They approved it. Ergo, they were fully aware of those funds even to the last peso. For many lawmakers, PDAF was a matter of life and death for them. It was totally inconceivable, or unbelievable that their chiefs of staff manipulated them without their knowledge. They (the CoSs) were just the front men. Tapos sasabihin, wala silang alam at staff nila may kasalanan! Kung totoo lang sana ang tinuran ni Erap noon, tamaan sana sila ng kidlat. Presto, ubos ang problema natin.
