Angela Bodey posted this question to our wall: We trained our Dane from an early age to go potty in certain area of the yard. And will pee on command in our back yard. Pretty awesome right? Except now, when we go camping or are out and about, he will not go. Or at least holds it as long as he possibly can until its an emergency. He has peed inside at my work even though I take him out about every hour. And Im pretty sure he peed once, maybe twice, this whole last weekend when we were camping. Does any one else experience this? Tips to help with his shy bladder (again trained to pee on command but only seems to work in our back yard)? Should I be concerned with UTIs if hes holding it that long?
