"Anger is an acid that can do more harm to the vessel in which it is stored than to anything on which it is poured." Mark Twain - American Author (1835-1910) Acid destroys by eating away the object it touches. How do we deal appropriately with anger? When the anger involves our own needs, that anger must be released to our creator. Holding onto selfish anger only serves to eat away the person we are meant to be. Nip the thoughts of anger by releasing it. In contrast, anger over the injustice of others serves to propel individuals to fight for the rights of the poor and exploited. This worthy anger serves others in honorable ways. Choose your anger carefully.
