Anger....it is an emotion related to a persons psychological interpretation of having been offended, wronged or denied. It often indicates when a persons basic boundaries have been violated. On reading this just recently, it has helped me to partially understand what has happened to me & my health over the past 12 months, today being the anniversary of my admission to Orange Base Hospital Intensive Care Unit following respiratory failure & a subsequent stress induced cardiomyopathy (heart failure). 12 months down the track & I am still experiencing boundary violation, denial of natural justice and am I extremely offended at the treatment that I have had to endure.....all because I had the temerity to complain about the way that I was treated. Since all of this has happened, I have only had a handful of people from my work enquire after my well being, none of them being from senior management. I have exhibited extreme patience putting up with all of the trauma involved, I have complied in every way to directions & instructions that I have received and I have just about reached my limits of endurance. The sad part about all of this is that I have been forced to apply to Centrelink for assistance now that I have been advised that I will not receive any further payments. I have also been informed that I have been overpaid & will be required to offset the overpayments against any annual leave that is owed to me. As I have already been forced to take what annual leave I am owed I wonder what is going to happen next, maybe they will garnishee my Centrelink & Pension payments, who knows...nothing would surprise me. I should point out here that never at any time have I done anything wrong, broken any rules or committed any offence....just goes to show. It appears to me that incompetence and harassment are rewarded. The treatment that has been dished out to me has been abominable, to say the least and it continues to this day. I sincerely trust that the people responsible are dealt with in the appropriate manner. Have a nice day
