Animal welfare/animal cruelty/animal protection laws are unconstitutional violations of human rights: Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 1st amendment: God gave man dominion over the earth, animals, fish and fowl the Constitution ensures that all men are equally protected in these individual and unalienable rights. Dominion = total control and rule. The first amendment of the Constitution protects and guarantees the free exercise of religion and that includes exercising the dominion that God gave each man over the animals that he owns. Animals are private property. Every animal cruelty/animal welfare law in America is unconstitutional and a violation of human rights. Neither our neighbors nor the government has the authority to supersede God and infringe on and/or deprive us of our private property rights. We absolutely must start making it a public fight that the misguided animal rights supporters are openly calling for raids by government agents creating situations where agents may hurt, cripple and even kill farmers and ranchers using the unconstitutional and unjustifiable excuse that the governments duty is defending animals. Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 4th amendment: The enforcement of the animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violates the security and sanctity of the home of Americans using the excuse that the duty of the government is protecting animals. Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 5th amendment: Violating the property rights of another person using the excuse that the government’s duty is protecting animals amounts to an illegal deprivation of private property which according to the fifth amendment the government must pay just and equitable compensation for. Making it illegal for farmers to harvest their livestock by the same method of harvest that their livestock has been harvested for thousands of years is an unconstitutional and illegal taking of private property. Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 8th amendment: It violates the 8th amendment to the US Constitution as an unjust law applying cruel and unusual punishment for a victimless crime. It places a higher value on animals than human lives and human rights. Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 9th amendment: Rights reserved by the people include the right to exercise the dominion God gave each individual over the animals and private property that we own, which includes the rights to harvest our livestock by the same method of harvest that the species has been harvested for thousands of years. Animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violate the 14th amendment: The enforcement of animal welfare/animal cruelty laws violates the 14th amendment to the US Constitution as the government has enacted an unjust law against its citizens. In particular these laws also violate the equal protection clause as the government at the insistence of animal rights idiots is attempting to make it illegal for animal owners and farmers to own, possess and harvest our livestock which it obviously cannot apply to other livestock owners and farming operations without violating the rights of the property owners. These laws place a higher value on animals and livestock than it does our God given unalienable and constitutionally protected rights as well as human lives. It illegally deprives us of our heritage, culture, agriculture industries, agribusinesses human rights and dignity and the enforcement of this law endangers human lives under the guise of defending animals and livestock. The question is; how do you prove all of the violations of our rights as I’ve clearly shown and described above to the courts? You order the legal information I’ve researched, the articles I’ve written and the Federal and US Supreme Court rulings that I’ve compiled and put together that proves everything I’ve stated above.
