Animation and Games Lecturers at JMC Academy (South Brisbane) The JMC Academy offers degree courses in the creative industries and is seeking Lecturers for the Bachelor of Creative Arts (3D animation & Games Design) programs. Applicants must have current, relevant industry experience with sound knowledge and experience in one or more of the following areas with a passion to teach. 3D Character Animation; motion capture; pre-vis and editing for CG animation game design game art asset creation game programming character modelling and sculpting Software packages include, Maya, Mudbox, Adobe Suite, and Unity game engine. JMC Acdemy animation and games degrees consist of a solid foundation in traditional art, and lecturers with traditional art and performance skills are desirable, including: drawing sculpting acting Successful applicants will have good organizational and communication skills, with technical proficiency and an eye for detail. Prior experience in classroom delivery and assessment is an advantage. A relevant Bachelors qualification is desired as a minimum.
