Annex I to Regulation 359/2011 lists persons wh o have been designated by the Council as responsible for serious human rights violations in Iran, and persons, entities or bodies associated with them. 3. The amendments to Annex I to Regulation 359/ 2011 take the form of the addition of 9 individuals and 1 entity. 4. The individuals and entity whose names have b een added to Annex I are therefore subject to the asset freeze imposed by Regulation 359/2011. 5. Details of the additions are set out in the Annex to this notice. 6. The Treasury’s Consolidated List of persons subj ect to financial sanctions in effect in the UK, which is maintained on the Treasury website, has been updated to reflect the additions. Reporting requirements 7. Relevant institutions and other persons are requested to check whether they maintain any accounts or otherwise hold any funds or economic resources for the persons set out in the Annex to this notice whose details have been added to Annex I to Regulation 359/2011, and, if so, they must freeze such accounts or other funds and, unless licensed by the Treasury, refrain from making available funds and/or economic resources to such persons. 2 8. Relevant institutions must report their findings to the Treasury, together with any additional information that would facilitate comp liance with Regulation 359/2011. Other information 9.
