Announcement time. Many if you who know me. You know I am fiercely loyal to the Company I work for. In fact I get just plain sideways if a competitors brand comes through my door. Tonight I want to show you how Gods hand, all if your prayers and this tremendous and marvelous Company drive my ambitions. Loyalty and drive I was invited by my VP to fly to Miami to have a market tour and to see the president and to see the CEO of Dr Pepper Snapple Group The same CRO who has his wife and himself call Melissa Autry and myself a couple times a week to make sure I dont give to , never give up. This man has over 20,0000 employees nationwide. Yet he calls Missy and I. Humbling. This is the same man who has his buddy Blake Shelton call me to say hi. I could literally go on and on. So our CEO has a great friend and long term friend. My boss The VP I report directly too. This man has been a mentor and literally like a father too me. He has held me accountable. Pushed me. Trained me and driven me to be the best u can be. He has hand carved a career and future for me with the best darn beverage company in the world. I can prove it. Just read on. ........ Back to the story. I enjoy several days with many great and wonderful people. At dinner on the last night I had the CEO and the president stand I. A room of my bosses and peers and toast me. I wept like a schoolgirl. What an honor , right? The next morning I received a phone call from a SR VP, basically my bosses boss, another man who has carefully guided and carved for me a career path. Another powerful man with 6000 employees or so who calls missy and I often to check on the treatments. When this brilliant man called. He said Barry, we need you again. I automatically said yes sir whatever wherever I can help, I am at your service. He had received a call from out Companys President and was allowed to offer to give me a new territory to be over and if course the Company would pay for the move. I asked where and when. He advised me they were giving me Oklahoma, Arkansas , and Missouri They wanted me to move to Tulsa. Thats right Tulsa. Do you realize most Companies would take a guy with a terminal diagnosis and out them out to pasture. Not dpsg. They want me to fight. Want me to win. Want me to get the best treatment at ctca. They know missy and I are going in the hole traveling. So. They give me a job in the very place I need to be and they are paying to have movers get us there. THAT is why I clearly say DPSG is the best Company in the world This is why I am so fiercely loyal. And this is why I feel so strongly that the prayers if the Saints and the grace of God played a part in driving this tremendous blessing
