Announcing A Call For Submissions to the 5th Annual CSULB 4-the-Camera Outdoor Film Festival to be held at the Downtown Long Beach site for the A Lot Initiative, part of a national conversation on creative place-making of art. Festival date: Friday, September 20, 2013, 7 pm Submission deadline: 5 pm on Monday, August 5, 2013 Notification of Festival participants: August 14, 2013 In order to submit a dance film, you must be: • a current CSULB student • a current CSULB faculty or staff member • a matriculated alumnus of the Department of Dance (that means you actually graduated!) Festival programming will be determined by a panel of adjudicators in conjunction with Co-Producers Gregory R.R. Crosby and Andy Vaca. The Festival kicks off our year of activities leading up the 20th anniversary of the Martha B. Knoebel Dance Theater in April 2014.
