Anon asks Hi TNP mummas (and dads) Im really struggling on making a decision regarding playcentre, we have tried a couple out and DS1 is very keen. I have some concerns in regards to what it is I can expect, Ive noticed that when the parents have morning tea, in my opinion took a while before they were back out man’ing the area and kids were up and playing again, also they seemed to tolerate a lot of not-so-nice behaviour before something is done, and then I started to question if the mums with little ones, that the little ones needs came at a cost with having to deal with the responsibilities required of them to do their responsibilities when on duty at playcentre, I would have my DS2 with me, hes only 6 months. I haven’t tried a Kindy. I guess what Im asking is are these real concerns? And what have other people found when it comes to playcentre and Kindys? TIA
