Anon asks Hi lovely ladies, Im hoping someone out there knows what I can do to help my 9 month old daughter. She had her first ear infection a week ago( they think due to a virus ) and was prescribed antibiotics. She took amoxicillin for 2 days then light rash appeared, we took her back and she was prescribed Zythromax for 5 days. We finished the course and yesterday she broke out in a huge rash, first on her cheeks( which are now solid red, blotchy) then all over her body. It doesnt seem to bother her, although shes a bit clingier than normal. They advised against Benadryl as she is under 1, plus the last thing I want to do is load her system with more medicine. Does anyone know of any natural remedies, anything I can do to help flush out her system? I hate to just wait for it to go away. Thank you millions. Btw, were breastfeeding and feeding her only clean solids.
