Anon has asked: My son is nearly 18 months old and Im concerned about his speech. He says quiet a few words and reacts appropriately to my instructions and questions but isnt saying any sentences yet. Is this normal for a boy his age? Hes very smart, alert and clever but Im just worried hes not where he is suppose to be with his talking. Im constantly talking to him and trying to teach him. He does have a dummy that were working very hard to get down to just sleep time because if he has it he will constantly have it in his mouth. Id love to hear from other mothers on the speech development of their children and any positive advice. Thank you in advance x
