Anon request for advice: My partner has systematically alienated my child from me. Her father was abused as a child. I now suspect she was by him. Im concerned for my son who has been kept from me, my family and our home for 2months now. My childs mother falsely alleged and treated me like I was a threat and refused to just be truthful. I stayed away in protest but returned home Christmas out of principle. She used this opportunity to keep my son from me and our home and, with her father, tried aggravating and framing me. Luckily I remained calm. I then gained probable cause to prove they were systematically trying to criminalise me. They have also systematically made efforts to make me homeless in order to obstruct me even living near my son. Help!
