Anon writes Hi I have a 20 mth old who for about the last two months has been waking through the night again. I think it began when two of her molars came through. She then got a cold. Has got over the cold now but is still waking. Is it possible that waking has become a habit (if that is possible) And if so, how do I get her to start sleeping through again. She is breastfed before her sleeps but is happy with just a cuddle and then she falls back asleep happily in bed with me but this can be after an hour or more. I also have a four year old, so catching up on sleep during day isnt possible. Maybe I am missing something that could be causing this because of the sleepless fog I am in so any helpful advice would be greatly appreciated Thanks in advance, Tired Mum 😊
