Anonymous: Not long ago I discovered my ex-wife was smoking this synthetic pot while being the sole person in care of our two autistic daughter, the girls that she had smoked pot through out both pregnancies. I quickly filed for an ex-parte with the court to get custody of our children and it was granted. When it came to the court hearing for the order, the judge stated that she didnt like ex-parte orders and threw it out giving custody back to my ex. A few weeks later my ex tells me about how the landlord who lives below her got upset with my ex because she was hallucinating and trying to get my children ready for school at 2 am and disturbing the whole building. My ex claims it was a bad reaction with a new medication, but I know her better than that considering she has been a druggie since the day I met her. Its sad that I am unable to hire a lawyer to fight this battle and keep my children safe. Instead I am stuck waiting for someone to get hurt before I can get the court to do anything for the safety of my children.
