~Anonymous To my children, The day you came to me was amazing. It made my entire life and questions of why I was here come to light. The day your mother had me arrested, telling them I pushed her (something that never happened!) - it was her way to load the deck, and start me on this endless path. I will never forget looking at you only two that morning crying at the screen door as they walked me to the car. Well justice was served and Daddy was ok and the courts saw her lies. But the damage was done. I could not see either of you for six months and was forced to start over. I fought daily, reading the laws, logging the calls, and working so hard to pay the amount the courts said was just, as I slept in my truck. After another year, I got to see you. I missed your birthdays and Christmas, but most of all I missed you. I cried daily, wrote you both letters each night, in the log I still have. I knew there was light if I kept faith. Well we did it. I got you every weekend. It wasnt great. The place was small but I didnt care. I finally had my loves again. Well here we go again, after an increase in support due to mom being self employed, and my potential to make more money. Im losing the apartment and am so sorry. Back to square one. Im going to fight - dont you worry babies. I will never quit! I know you are told horrible things about me, but know youre everything to your daddy. Youre the reason Im here, and none of the lies are true. I pray to see you soon and watch you sleep and feel your hugs. I love you and am gonna miss you daddy echoes through my head by the minute. Stay strong. Ill talk to you in your dreams, till I see you again.
