Anonymous asks I have been having problems with getting my 3 year old asd stage 2 to go to bed recently and I am not sure what to do. I have already eliminated naps out of his daily routine and I am making sure that he stays very active during the day because he also has ADHD. I cant change his diet at all because of his food sensory issues that he has. He will only eat like a total of 6 different food items and that includes snacks. He doesnt get soda and mainly only drinks flavored water and I am trying to get it to where I dont have to put him on medication if I dont have to. Any suggestions on what I can try to help him go to bed would be a great help and would be greatly appreciated. Thank you in advance for any help.
