Another 15 hour day in the office but still nailed both workouts and meals... AM: 60 minutes of cardio PM: Chest/Back/Traps - TRI SETS baby! A1. Cable chest presses A2. Incline db presses A3. Machine flyes B1. Straight arm pulldowns B2. Incline prone db rows B3. Bent over underhand grip rows C1. Snatch grip barbell shrugs C2. Overhead db shrugs C3. Trap bar shrugs 5 sets of 12-15 reps on each exercise. uses a variety of tempos that included some 3 sec pauses... 3 minute rest between tri-sets.
