The amendment which would require minimum per-pupil state funding for public schools to increase to $1,089 – the same amount chartered nonpublic schools receive - is now going to the Senate Finance Committee. If you are willing to testify, arrive at the Statehouse by 9:30 a.m. this Wednesday, 5/14. An Olentangy resident who testified last week described this process as a marathon, not a sprint, so we need to keep at it.
