Another Gentleman competitor today, Fin Gunn will be riding the race for the second time on his own, 15 year old, 17.3hh Irish Sports Horse, Shadow. Fin and Shadow have hunted with the Ledbury and more recently with the VWH since Fin has moved out of Ledbury country to set up his own sporting agency Rod and Gunn Sporting. As you can see from the photos below these two “lads” are perfectly in tune to take on the challenge! Fin came 10th in the 2009 Golden Button Challenge on the Grey Horse (pictured) and is hoping for success this year as they are eligible for both the Non-Thoroughbred and Military buttons.
