Another Judge treading on our constitutional rights! This is in TEXAS, but EVERYONE needs to take a stand with this man!! Terry Holcomb Sr. introduced a resolution that taxpayer money should not be spent on housing illegal invaders in San Jacinto County. The Judge denied his right to do this. he also refused to allow any public comment. AND now he is in jail for exercising his constitutional rights. TIME TO STAND UP! Call this unlawful judge and demand an explanation of his decision to have Holcomb arrested, and please do so respectfully. call Obama for making it perfectly clear that the Constitution means NOTHING!! **UPDATE** The Jail SJC Jail controlled by a CPT Harley Lovings refuses to tell us the charges filed.
