Another Lease in Life- I had the worst driving experience yesterday when my car lost its break and I was driving down hill from my place. It was quick, I didnt know what happened but was conscious that my break, clutch, and engine was not cooperating anymore including my used to be reliable hand break. My Picanto speeded away as it ran down hill beyond my human control and I was in tears and feeling scariest. In my heart and mind, it was my last. My Adrenalin rushed in as I maneuvered the steering wheel, and although in tears, used my common sense to keep calm and ensure that Ill hit the mountain side and not the steep cliff. Seconds after, it finally came into halt in a vacant lot after passing over several gutters to slow the speed down almost hitting a huge electric post. My kind neighbors, Julie and Janet, who witnessed what happened came running to rescue. I was turning pale, trembling and tongue-tied. Although my little car was battered and damaged, I realized I was still breathing and in tears just cheated death! Thank you FATHER for this new lease in life and thank you all for standing by and reassuring words...
