【Another Malaysian School Dormitory Bullying Video】Six Suspects who Bullied a Student (in a Red T-Shirt) have been charged. 【2014年5月马来西亚孤儿院霸凌事件影片】六名参与霸凌身着红色上衣的学生已被起诉 In this case,a boy (in a red T-shirt) was bullied and beaten up by a few students in a dormitory room. The case happened at an orphanage in Kangar, Perlis, on 25 May 2014.The case had been reported to the police, by the dormitory management, on 6 June 2014.Further investigations by the police led to the arrest of 6 suspects, aged between 13 to 15 years old. The 11-year-old victim had also given his statement.The suspects were charged at the Kangar Magistrate Court in the evening, under Section 147 of the Penal Code (Punishment for rioting).Once again, the police are urging anyone with information on such cases to come forward and report on them so that the appropriate actions can be taken against the perpetrators. The public are also advised to refer to the police if there are video clips as well as unfounded and dubious information been spread around.
