Another NY cop is suspended after stomping on a suspects head. Heres by issue... The guy who was choked to death on staten was restrained because he was selling loose cigarettes. Right? The guy who was stomped was rolling a blunt. Why do we need 4+ cops to arrest guys for rolling blunts and selling loosies? Give them a ticket and move on. If someone talks shit to a cop guess what - youre a cop and by definition are supposed to be a bigger person. If the initial offense is something trivial and ends up in death or stomping Im gonna go ahead and say the problem is meat head cops with chips on their shoulders.
