Another Satisfied Seller at 1111 S Wabash Ave, we represented the buyer as well!!! Timothy Rhoten represented us as seller in the sale for our 1111 Wabash Condominium. We found him very professional throughout the transaction until it was closed. He looked after our interest in a very balanced way , sometimes the deal had ups and down but he never discouraged us throughout the transaction.
