Another St Andrews story is the time I thought i heard GOD talking to me. I was serving 40 hours on a Saturday afternoon at Church.. You old time Catholics know what I am talking about when I mention 40 hours. All of the alter boys had to serve like a one hour shift on the side alters in church and kneel and pray for one hour.. I was by my self around two oclock on that afternoon, because my partner failed toshow for the other alter. I am praying and I hear this voice >JIMMY, how are you. The voice was really a priest named Father Ed Joyce, who had a voice like James Eatrl Jones or Frank Gallup, fom the Perry Como show. I found out that he was just making his church rounds to see if everything was OK. His voice came out of the balls of his feet when he always spoke, and he knew every kids name in school, I swear to the Lord. I heard twice Jimmy, Jimmy, how are you? I turned around looking for GOD but it was the next closest thing to him.. Father Joyce.. True story guys & gals.
