Another bittersweet day for me, our son Dayton is headed back to Oklahoma today to complete his basic training and AIT program for the National Guard. I am so very proud of him, but as a mom my heart is aching, because it seems like only yesterday that he came home for the holidays, my how time flies. He will be gone until May 2015 this time, which is a really long time, but in Feb 2015 he graduates basic training, and his father and I plan to attend with other family members, so that will help ease the heart ache until he finally gets to come home in May. Im asking all my family and friends to pray that everything goes well for him during this time, he arrives there safe and when the time comes, arrives home safe. Remember, son, mom loves you to the moon and back, always and forever.....
