Another busy Morning after 10:30 26 patients by 2 PM then an hours lull, and trickle in until closing finished out at 36 patients today. Another 6 with lost health insurance, needing refills, and having to pay out of pocket. I turned away 3 wanting serious pain management, on the same terms, but no records. I am NOT a pain management clinic folks. Another half dozen patients with the Dawsonville Respiratory Syndrome (Crud) Pharyngitis, Sinusitis, Drainage, Bronchospasm, Reactive Airway. A half dozen in for DOT Physicals. Two for Hormone Replacement. 4 just Sinusitis. 2 just Otitis media. One ZBilateral Cerumin disimpaction. Followups on foreign body (splinter) extraction I&D, and the two MRSA Abscess I&D patients - all healing well. Gastritis and Gastroenteritis x4 - nowhere near the epidemic that Gwinett County is having with whole schools shut down. A few UTIs. Three shoulder Pains - two injected. A Hyperextension injury to a hand and wrist, another to a rotator cuff. A dozen med refills. Headed home. Going to fit & throw with Ari Dalton. Rhadi Rhadi Bullard Ferguson Phd is holding a Judo Grip Fighting clinic tomorrow in mid-town - I will have a substitute Dr. in so I can Supervise Ari Dalton and Kell Peyton. Then Ari is off to Jasons for 2 weeks of training prior to Dallas. Kell has school otherwise he would go too.
