Another cloudy and dreary day is ahead for the area. Sounds like a broken record for sure. Light winds with highs climbing into the mid to upper 30s. Our next storm system, which we have been monitoring for some time, will be making its way into the region starting tomorrow. I know many people want to know if we will have a white Christmas or not. Well unfortunately for snow fans the system will be starting as an all rain event with highs in the 40s tomorrow and more rain for Tuesday. The big million dollar question is what will happen on Wednesday, Christmas Eve, as regards to the chance of snow. Will there be enough to make it white or will the majority of the accumulating snow stay north? Some of the computer models have been going back and forth on this system and it is still too uncertain at this time to answer those questions. All we can guarantee at this point is needing an umbrella tomorrow and Tuesday. We will definitely keep you posted with the latest forecasts for this storm system and our chances for a white Christmas the next few days. Have a great day and be well everyone. (Jeremy)
