Another cooking style of pumpkin mee hoon kueh to my LO @ 29 months. The mee hoon kueh is very soft, smooth & thin in texture. 1) 2 table spoons of mashed pumpkin add 220ml water & blend it. 2) Sieve 125g normal flour into the water slowly & stir well. 3) Boil half pot water, pour some oil & batter on the pot side. Shovel the batter with a spatula into the boiled water when it is almost cooked on the pot side. Then cook for another 5 minutes. 4) Serve the mee hoon kueh with anchovy soup base & add some vegetables (or any soup base). Tips : If u feel the batter is too thick, then add more water. If too watery, add more flour.
