Another day or two of this lingering late summer-like weather, and then we can look for some changes. With a storm system moving into the region on Saturday, northern & central Nevada residents can expect very strong winds beginning in the afternoon, and continuing into Sunday. Also, rain showers and high elevation snow showers are likely, and a significant drop in temperatures will be a result of the shower activity. Say goodbye to summer!
