Another exciting project is unraveling in Lafond School / Ecole Communautaire de Lafond. We always wanted to pilot a chicken project. We think such a project would help not only provide food for the teachers and the children, but also be a showcase for people to replicate. The estimated cost purchase the chicks, the starter feed and the transportation to get them up to Lafond is between 450-500 dollars.
