Another frustrating day, I was suppose to renew my passport.so I surfed the net to see what are the requirements to renew the passport. Then I went through the search and saw that I can do it online just in few minutes. I was glad and when I click the link, it says that it has been temporarily closed since 3rd March. So. I had no choice but to go to the office.Once reaching the office, it was empty and few officers were there. So I told the officer that I wanna renew my passport & she said I can only take it on Tuesday. I was a bit confused coz I thought I could get my passport within an hour. So I told her that I had no time to do and proceed. I was still curious and asked her again and she said the system is down and it takes along time to renew. I just dont understand why all the government offices system are down even the close the online links?
