I used to work as a consultant before my current job so I have seen many many hotels in my life, most of them good with no big complaints but the experience I had with this hotel was simply amazing. I was very impressed with the service; they were always on top of everything... I traveled with my 2 years old daughter to spend 4th of July in San Francisco and everything was just perfect. They gave her the option to choose a new toy when we were checking in and she really liked that and she got one more toy when were having dinner in the second floor... The location was perfect. I didn’t even need to rent a car, everything was really close and the taxis are not that expensive in the city. The room was very nice and elegant, we got the 24th floor so it had a great view... recommended 100%"
