Another happy Oxygen family member! Why I Loved my first time at oxygen yoga! being a mom of 2 lil boys and a wife and of course a full time working women its a challenge for me to do something for myself. my life revolves around my family from getting up at 4:30 am and going to work from 5:30 to 1 pm then of course the real challenge comes when my boys are out of school at 3. from juggling activities and making dinner then of course getting at least 30 minutes of me time before I hit the sack. yesterday when I went to the deep stretch yoga I realized how much I enjoy and need this. thank you so much oxygen yoga for coming to new Westminster I couldnt feel better and looking forward to being there! just crossing my fingers for classes after 1 pm would be ideal! thanks again and please accept my entry for the tickets!
