Another happy ending! A six-year-old schoolgirl has been reunited with her stolen dog after using Facebook to highlight the theft. Sixteen-month-old Ruby was stolen from the garden of the familys home in Pontcanna, Cardiff, in broad daylight. Thieves used bolt cutters to break into the garden. Thankfully this story has a happy ending. Imagine what this little girl would have gone through if her beloved Ruby had not been returned. The family wouldve been distraught, no doubt. Pet Theft Awareness strongly believe that all pet and horse thieves must be brought to justice and punished. Weak laws are no deterrent.
