Another house viewing at 1230 hrs today - all ready - insisted the estate agent came today - get better feedback at least (honest) - several other houses have appeared on market of similar size in the town - all pitched 30k above the price we are asking - confirms my thoughts - we are pitched about right - just keep on getting ppl with no or very young kids coming. They dont need a house with 5 double bed rooms - roll on some families with teens - now hols are over more should appear. Fingers crossed.
