Another lovely message just received via email... To whom it may concern, I recently broke my engagement ring and as a result of seeing you at a bridal expo, decided with my fiancé Izzy, that we would bring the ring in to you to see what our options were. We first took it into (name removed), who were, while somewhat helpful, were not very personal or informative. We then decided we would pop into you guys and see what you had to offer, and we are so glad we did. We spoke and dealt with Bob, who explained things perfectly to us about what would have to occur with the ring to be fixed (it ended up getting remade) and how having it remade slightly differently would enhance the ring and prevent the same thing from happening again. Even when I started bawling my eyes out in your showroom, Bob was just lovely and didnt pressure us into anything. We are so happy with the new ring and just wanted to thank Bob more formally for being so kind and patient with us. We are also getting our wedding bands made with you and look forward to dealing with your professional staff in the future. Thankyou again Hannah and Izzy
