Another major hurricane in the Eastern Pacific already. This is 4 Category 3 or higher storms for them already this season. That is unprecedented. Tell me El Nino is not happening. Iselle may make it all the way to Hawaii, but most likely will be a Tropical Storm by then. And the increased hurricane activity reveals the presence of El Nino, or a warming of the surface temperatures of the Eastern Pacific. This also is getting manifested here by increased thunderstorm activity as there is more monsoonal moisture to work with for the storms to form.
