Another milestone achieved today with the submission of our Land Use Resource Consent to the City Council for our new building. A document of 56 pages dealing with the RMA, By-laws and all of the other bureaucracy that we have to deal with these days. BUT its done now and hopefully the Council will not be tardy in giving us our consent so that we can get on with the project and finally(?) be into our new home by around this time next year. Heres hoping.
