Another night at Billerica 44. Had some familiar faces come back to see how we were doing, even though we just saw them last night. A new face came by to bring us all fresh fruit, citing that she thinks we need something other than pizza - adorable.The same woman with the Dunkin gift cards, who I now know as Ann Marie, came by again to have us get a coffee on her. What a treasure each and every one of these customers are. Whether its an encouraging word, food, gift cards or simply a honk and a wave, this support is unreal. I know this will end soon. When it does, I know everyone at my store will be thanking you all for weeks and months to come. Lastly, shout-out to all of the Store Directors, Assistant Directors and other store level management. I know this is taking a toll on you all, and I can see it on my managers faces. That said, I know that no matter what, these people will do whatever they can to protect their stores and their associates. It takes a special kind of person to be a Market Basket manager, and I am particularly proud of the Freds that run Billerica 44!! EDIT: Just watched Tom Trainor on MSNBC - AWESOME!!
