Another note about government/military healthcare: So, a healthcare provider from Patrick AFB called me yesterday and told me that a prescription was ready. I said I was out of town and my wife would pick it up if that was okay. She said that was fine as long as my wife had a photocopy of my ID card, which Veronica has so no problem there. My wife couldnt make it by Patrick Pharmacy yesterday, but that was okay because they keep the filled scripts on-hand for 5 days. So, Veronica went by there this afternoon and it seems they have nothing filled (waiting) for me and dont even have anything in the computer as pending waiting to be filled...nothing at all. Beautiful. . .
