Another poor young life lost,another round of parent-blaming,police-blaming,and in this case,cosplay blaming.My heart goes out to the family of the poor girl,she did not deserve to die.Just wondering why was such a young girl allowed to cosplay in the first place?If the reports are accurate shes been doing it since she was 13.Also,shes been on Facebook since she was 10.Whenever tragedy occurs we just want to assign blame...and thats natural,but I feel in a way,weve failed her.We,society,bred the predator.We constructed the scenario of tidak apa-ness that allowed her to be vulnerable to that predator.Who killed the poor girl?Ultimately,I feel we did.The same for many others.We often ask whats wrong with society,forgetting that we are part of that society.May her soul rest in peace and lets be better and pray and try to avoid another.
