Thats a long time, by any standards, and NENA must have thought that she mattered to them. NENA must have thought those people would care for her always, but that turned out to be a painfully false assumption. Nenas former owners loved her as long as it was convenient to, but once they decided to move to a new place, they couldnt wait to cut ties with her. NENA was hurt beyond measure by their callous disregard, and despite all of that she is still a sweetheart. Please note that Nena has lived with other cats and also a dog. Lets make sure NENA gets into a nice new home, by advocating for her tonight.
