Another quick trip back into acid house history, uploaded by Genesis founder Wayne Anthony (his Class of 88 book is well worth a read). It begis with nice scenes from one of his Watford raves in 88/89, but the footage from outside the Windmill pub / Clapham on the Sunday morning really captures a bit of the spirit of the the time - lads in ponchos, people dancing about grinning their heads off in the car park, kids just hanging out together / coming down, as punters strolled by with their dogs wondering what was going on. Acid house world felt like it was bleeding into real life, with no one quite sure where it was all going, and everyone having too much fun to care.
