Another stage in my culinary journey. Today I was cooking some dip for tea (reduced cream + onion soup) when I noticed that the onion soup was kind of a manky colour. Thats when I read the packet and saw Id used french onion soup. Disaster. Since I hadnt stirred it, I tried to blow the soup powder off into the sink. Thats when I realised I should have dried all the dishes Id just washed first. They are now all oniony. So is the curtain. Dont worry though. I got a good chunk of it off and added the proper kiwi soup. Another successful recipe for my cook book.
