Scope of work: Removed wooden beams, window capping, eavestroughs, fascia and siding (and several wasp nests). The Home Doctor crew then installed a vapour barrier, Kaycan Styrofold 5 Plus siding insulation, metal flashing at the base of all new siding, new Kaycan Timberlake vinyl siding, recapped all windows using heavy gauge Kaycan flat stock, installed new Kaycan heavy gauge aluminum fascia with a custom drip edge, Kaycan vented soffits, 5 seamless aluminum eavestroughs and 3 x 3 downpipes.
