Another sweet south Georgia day. Church singing in the choir and enjoying singing with and for our friends (Lynn and I sing in the United Methodist Choir). Then four hours of playing in the sun by the pool on my guitar (my usual summertime Sunday afternoon pastime) cooking ribs and three chickens then old friends visiting and eating a long Italian style supper with plenty of friends, food, wine and the comfort that comes with being with people from which you need no pretense nor secrets (They already know the score). Playing quiet sweet love songs while they visit! Life is what you make it. Surround yourself with good people who actually like you even when they know how imperfect you are and your life is richly blessed and Lynn and I are so thankful for all our friends.
