Another very good and very bad day here. The very good was going to help Mum give a talk at Victoria University *tail wags* at the end the harness came off and I got to make new friends! The very bad happened on the way home. We caught the tram and a student (16-18 year old guy) thought it would be funny to pat me. Mum asked him not to touch me and he stopped. Then he tried to pat me again and she blocked him with her hand. At that point he moved away only to run back to dive at me to touch me again. Mum screamed at him. He kept trying to touch me, and she kept herself in between. The student got bored with us and started yelling a homophobic slur at some people outside the tram. Im not sure what happened next but people ran onto the tram and there was a fight right by us. Mum was standing over me trying to shield me and the elderly lady beside us. After that settled others nearby told us what the student was doing - and let us know when he got off the tram. We were lucky he didnt decide to follow us. At some point Mum called the police - shes waiting for them to call her back. The tram driver called for help too. Mums still shaken up. I just want my dinner. Bit early yet.
